ProblemThe government-provided Trade Management System (TMS) was outdated and on the verge of becoming obsolete. Its archaic design and functionality failed to meet the evolving expectations of brokers, leading to inefficiencies and frustration.
SolutionThe solution involved designing a personalized TMS for individual brokers, focusing on user experience and adaptability. By emphasizing clear information architecture, modern interaction patterns, and accessibility, the system empowered brokers with tools tailored to their unique requirements, enhancing both functionality and user satisfaction.
Project StructureThe Double Diamond approach ensured a user-focused design process for the project. It involved discovering user pain points, defining core problems, developing prototypes through iteration, and delivering a tailored, modern solution that addressed the inefficiencies of the outdated system.

S-SituationThe stock trading market in the region operates only from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, leading to heavy congestion on the competitor's platform, which serves 2.5 million + users. The competitor's software, launched in 2018, had never been updated, resulting in a poor user experience, slow trade execution, and lack of critical features like portfolio management, technical analysis, and device responsiveness.
